It really has been a while… team RP has been a bit battered in recent years. We have had folks suffering with the impact of Covid on their long term health, others who’s health has taken a dip, divorce, babies, loss of close ones. The last few years have really not been simple, or easy!
There is still passion amongst the team and we have certainly be working away on our hobbies in that time, just not so able of sharing the work we have been doing with energy supplies somewhat depleted.
Certainly in my case, some unwarranted online negativity certainly didn’t help.
Random Platypus was formed by a group of like minded people who found friendship on a forum that no longer exists. Being internet based it included people from the US, Italy, UK, Finland, Germany and more. It was only ever intended to be a collective of folks expressing their love for the wider hobby and the many different aspects of it.
That is exactly how we intend to continue and to grow.
For the time being, take it easy and enjoy rolling dice, picking out models, building them, painting them and making the landscapes for them to be amongst to bring it all to life!
